Jeannette Irene Chamberlain was three years into a five-year probation for DUI, third offense. Now in her mid-forties, she admits to battling with alcohol for most of her life. A Nevada man was sentenced Thursday to 151 months in prison after pleading guilty in connection with his role in a transnational fraud and money laundering conspiracy that targeted over 3,300 members of the U.S. military community resulting in $1.5 million in losses. Fredrick Brown, 40, of Las Vegas, was sentenced to one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud and one count of conspiracy to commit money laundering following Brown’s guilty plea on Oct. 29, 2019.

Outside, Halloween pumpkins have appeared at Safeway. On Sept. 9, PCSD put its sports program on hold until Monday, Sept. 13, “out of an abundance of caution” due to Covid. Effective Sept. 13, all PCSD students must wear masks in the school buildings.
