The Battle Mountain High School volleyball team said goodbye to its five seniors this past Thursday night, as it hosted West Wendover in the season finale for the Lady Longhorns. The Wolverines, who are playoff bound for Lovelock next week, won in five sets and the Lady Longhorns finished the year 3-15 in the Northern 2A and 9-22 overall.

After dropping the first two games of the season, the Battle Mountain High School football team has found its stride with three consecutive wins and now on sole possession of the Northern 2A lead.
