WINNEMUCCA - Lowry High School seniors Julia Dufurrena and Jace Billingsley were two of 10 northern Nevada students selected as the NIAA Top Ten Student-Athletes of the Year.The Nevada Interscholastic Activities Association, in conjunction with Farmers Insurance, Lifetouch Photography and the Reno Gazette-Journal, will present five boys and five girls with their awards on Monday, May 21, at the Peppermill in Reno.
