Obituary: Irma ‘Beth’ (Morrall) Bodily

Irma “Beth” (Morrall) Bodily, 92, passed away Saturday, May 16, 2015 surrounded by family at her home. Born on February 17, 1923 in Winnemucca, Nevada to Irma Genevieve and Richard Oliver Morrall, Beth graduated from Humboldt County High School in 1941 and attended the University of Idaho where she met and married Edwin W. Bodily with whom she shared 70 ½ years of marriage. 

Obituary: Michael L. Key

Mike Key was born in Walla Walla Washington on February 6, 1954 to Bob Key and Rose Mary Whipple Key. Mike was preceded in death by his father and mother. He is survived by his wife Julie Key, His brother Drue Key, sister Kelly Griggs and children Amanda Alexander, Paul Key, Katie Shiftley, Shane Anderson, Chance Anderson and Jake Anderson. As well as grandchildren, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and his favorite dog Bailey.

Timothy Neil Flansaas Sr., Loving Husband, Father and Grandfather was called home to His Heavenly reward on April 29, 2015. At the age of 63 years. He was so loved.  His laughter and joy will be sadly missed; until we meet again.

In remembrance of Roy J. Berens, “Bud,” who passed away at age 89 on May 22, 2014, a memorial service is planned for May 16, 2015, at the Veterans State Cemetary in Boise, Idaho, at 11 a.m. There will be no planned speakers, just a time to remember him with family and friends.

Obituary: Ruthe K. Michaelsen

Ruthe Elizabeth Killam Michaelsen, a longtime resident of Winnemucca, Nevada passed away in her home on Saturday, May 2, 2015 at the age of 92. Ruthe was born May 17, 1922 in Powell, Wyoming to Alice Elvira and William Roy Killam. She grew up in Powell until the time of WWII when she moved to California to work. After the war, she returned to Wyoming and was working for the Department of Agriculture. It was there that she met her husband, Myles Andrew Michaelsen and they married in 1953. Myles and Ruthe had a son, Michael, before they moved to Winnemucca, Nevada in July of 1966.

Elton Arthur Stickler, (known as Papa E. by his grandchildren) 66, of Winnemucca, Nevada, passed away on April 25, 2015, at the home he built; surrounded by his loved ones after a three year battle with cancer. 

Obituary: Marilyn Nocciolo

Marilyn Nocciolo passed away peacefully on April 17, 2015, at Serenity House in Santa Barbara, CA. The cause of death was congestive heart failure. She was 86. In 2009, Marilyn and her husband, Albert (Al) Nocciolo, moved from their home of 51 years in Saugus, CA, to Santa Barbara to be near family. They enjoyed several years at Maravilla Senior Residential Community before Al’s death in March 2013 from kidney failure.
