In the case of Angel Thomas Fernandez, charged with Drive w/o Valid Driver’s License. Pursuant to negotiations, the defendant entered a Guilty plea.
The court canvassed his plea and accepted the same. After hearing from all parties, the court ruled as follows: Fined $195, which was suspended for 6 months on the condition of no new like violations.

In the case of Peter Jeffrey Perides, charged with Injury to or Destruction of Property. Pursuant to deferred agreement and defendant’s compliance, DDA Steve Girardot dismissed this case.
February 29
In the case of
Estrella Alvarado, charged with Driving a Motor Vehicle w/out a Valid Driver’s License. Defendant entered a Guilty plea, which the court canvassed and accepted.
After hearing from all parties, the court ruled as follows: Fined $195, which was converted to jail time and given credit for time served. Defendant is to be released from custody on this charge.
In the case of Estuardo Enrique Estrada Mejia, charged with, 1: Duty to Stop at Scene or Accident Involving Damage to Vehicle or Property, 2: Driver or Passenger Fail to Report Accident Involving Unattended Vehicle of Property to Law Enforcement Agency. DDA Steve Girardot informed the court that a letter was not sent to the victim in this matter.
The court stated that sentencing with proceed and the victim may handle restitution civilly.
After hearing from all parties, the court ruled as follows: Count 2 – Fined $640, which was converted to jail time and given credit for time served.
