Diversion is to be made from an underground source (centroid) at a point located within the NE1/4 SE1/4 Section 34, T29N, R34E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the SE corner of said Section 34 bears S 09 degrees 56 minutes 04 seconds E, a distance of 2,249 feet (approx. 9 miles East of Oreana, NV).
