Legal No LL4338 APPLICATION FOR WATER NO. 93229 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 19th day of January 2024 Solidus Resources, LLC of Reno, Nevada made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to change the point of diversion, place and manner of use of 0.05525 c.f.s., 40 a.f.a., of water heretofore appropriated under Permit 88647. Water will be diverted from an underground source (WW-2) at a point located within the NE1/4 SW1/4, Section 35, T29N, R34E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the SW corner of said Section 35 bears S 50 degrees 25 minutes 44 seconds W, a distance of 2,784 feet (approx. 10 miles East of Oreana, NV). Water will be used for mining, milling and dewatering purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year. The existing point of diversion was located within the NE1/4 SW1/4 of Section 35, T29N, R34E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the NW corner of Section 26, T29N, R34E, MDB&M bears N 13 degrees 48 minutes 51 seconds W, a distance of 9,018.03 feet.
