Legal No LL4334 APPLICATION FOR WATER NO. 93225 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 19th day of January 2024 Solidus Resources, LLC of Reno, Nevada made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to change the place and manner of use of 6 c.f.s., 2,080 a.f.a., of water heretofore appropriated under Permit 45191. Water will be diverted from an underground source (McCart North Well) at a point located within the SE1/4 SE1/4 Section 29, T30N, R35E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the SE corner of said Section 29 bears S 45 degrees 15 minutes E, a distance of 1,850 feet (approx. 12 miles NE of Oreana, NV). Water will be used for mining and milling purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year. Water was used for irrigation purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year.
