Water will be diverted from Indian Creek at a point located within the NE1/4 NW1/4 Section 22, T29N, R35E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the NW corner of said Section 22 bears N 86 degrees 06 minutes 30 seconds W, a distance of 1,712 feet (approx. 15 miles East of Oreana, NV).
