Legal No LL4331 APPLICATION FOR WATER NO. 93222 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 19th day of January 2024 Solidus Resources, LLC of Reno, Nevada made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to change the place and manner of use of 0.441 c.f.s., 224.95 a.f.a., a portion of water heretofore appropriated under Permit 40893. Water will be diverted from an underground source at a point located within the SW1/4 NW1/4 Section 28, T30N, R35E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the W1/4 corner of said Section 28 bears S 50 degrees 06 minutes W, a distance of 75.5 feet (approx. 14 miles NE of Oreana, NV). Water will be used for mining and milling purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year. Water was used for irrigation purposes from February 1st to October 15th of each year.
