Water will be diverted from an underground source at a point located within the NW1/4 SW1/4 Section 28, T30N, R35E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the W1/4 corner of said Section 28 bears N 02 degrees 15 minutes W, a distance of 1,271 feet (approx. 14 miles NE of Oreana, NV). Water will be used for mining and milling purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year. Water was used for irrigation purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year.
