Legal No LL4324 APPLICATION FOR WATER NO. 93215 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 19th day of January 2024 Solidus Resources, LLC of Reno, Nevada made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to change the point of diversion, place and manner of use of 0.48 c.f.s., 214.493 a.f.a., a portion of water heretofore appropriated under Permit 13432, Certificate 4214. Water will be diverted from an underground source (PW2) at a point located within the NE1/4 SE1/ 4, Section 34, T29N, R34E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the SE corner of said Section 34 bears S 03 degrees 51 minutes 35 seconds E, a distance of 2,466 feet (approx. 10.0 miles East of Oreana, NV). Water will be used for mining, milling and dewatering purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year. The existing point of diversion was located within the SW1/4 SE1/4 of Section 32, T30N, R35E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the SE corner of said Section 32 bears S 82 degrees 32 minutes E, a distance of 1,293.7 feet.
