Diversion is to be made from an underground source at a point located within Lot 14, Section 1, T38N, R23 1/2E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the SW corner of said Section 1 bears S 40 degrees 10 minutes 57 seconds W, a distance of 3,758.3 feet (approx. 37 miles North of Gerlach, NV).
