The object of this action is to quiet title to the four HUD houses on the twenty acre parcel of the Winnemucca Indian Colony in the name of the Colony under the management and control of the Colony and seeks a declaration from the Court that no other parties have an interest in the houses unless they have a current rental agreement with the Colony government. 1.
