999|Legal Notices Pershing| Legal No LL4321 LEGAL NOTICE Notice is hereby given the Pershing County Regional Planning Commission will hold a regular meeting on Wednesday, February 7, 2024 at 5:30 pm at the Pershing County Courthouse Lower Level - Round Room - 400 Main Street, Lovelock, Nevada to hear the following: 1. Public Hearing: Pershing County Development Code update: The Development Code implements planning policies articulated in the recently adopted Pershing County Comprehensive Plan. The Development Code provisions are enacted to protect the public health, safety and general welfare of the community residents and visitors. The Development Code update is intended to clarify language as necessary within the divisions, add new regulations to address existing conditions and behaviors, and incorporate language that looks to the future with new growth and development. Our consultant is requesting information from the Planning Commission to guide the update process to ensure all required topics are addressed.
