998|Legal Notices Lander| Legal No 4343 APPLICATION FOR WATER NO. 93197 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 5th day of January 2024 Flying W Land and Livestock, LLC of Fallon, Nevada made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to change the point of diversion and place of use of 2.28 c.f.s., 117.56 a.f.a., a portion of water heretofore appropriated under Permit 83824. Water will be diverted from an underground source (Well 23) at a point located within the SW1/4 SW1/4 Section 24, T17N, R41E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the NE corner of said Section 24 bears N 51 degrees 29 minutes 35.3 seconds E, a distance of 6,556 feet (approx. 12 miles West of Austin, NV). Water will be used for irrigation purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year. The existing point of diversion was located within the SE1/4 NW1/4 Section 25, T17N, R41E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the SE corner of said Section 25 bears S 47 degrees 22 minutes E, a distance of 3,889.72 feet.
