The following disposition/action was a result thereof: Defendant entered pleas of “Guilty”, and was sentenced as follows: Count 1) 5 days in jail with credit of 1 day served, 2) 2 days in jail to be served consecutive to count 1, 6 days suspended sentence for a period of 30 days with conditions.

On December 20 – Benjamin Russell Lockwood was arrested on 2 warrants for failure to appear after admission to bail or release.
On December 21 – Jacqueline Dominique Slagle was arrested for 1) trespass, not amounting to burglary, 2) false statement to or obstructing a public officer.
