November 7

In the case of Briana Ruelas, charged with Petit Larceny. County had 1 witness. Defendant had no witnesses and did not testify. County offered 1 exhibit that was admitted without objection. 

It appeared to the court by evidence and testimony that the defendant was found guilty. 

The court ruled as follows: Fined $1,140 with $640 suspended for a period of 6 months on the condition of no further violations of the law other than minor traffic. 

The remaining $500 is to be paid by monthly payments of $50 beginning January 1, 2024. Defendant is not trespassed form Wal-Mart at this time.


November 8

In the case of Courtney Spring, charged with DUI – 1st Offense. Defendant entered guilty plea to count 1. 

DDA Shane Bell motioned to dismiss count 2 without objection from the defense. The court canvassed his plea and accepted the same. Defendant, along with his attorney, read and singed the DUI Admonishment of Rights from which was accepted by the court. 

After hearing from all parties, the court ruled as follows: Count 1 - Sentenced to 30 days jail with 28 days stayed for a period of 1 year, stayed jail time on the condition he serve 2 days, credit for time served of 1 day. 

Defendant completed In-Patient treatment which the court accepted in lieu of the remaining day. Fined $585, to be paid in full following court. 

Online DUI School and victim impact panel to be completed by February 1, 2024. Breath interlock device ordered for 185 days. Count 2 – The court accepted the DDA’s motion and count 2 has been dismissed. Bond exonerated.


November 9

In the case of Noemi Cardenas, charged with Fraudulent us of Credit Card or Debit Card w/out the Consent of the Card Holder. Prior to court DDA Steve Girardot amended the criminal complaint to Trespassing, which was acknowledged by all parties. 

A plea agreement in abstentia was filed and sentenced as follows: 90 days jail, suspended for a period of 2 years on the condition of no further violations of the law other than minor traffic, as well as restitution in the amount of $319.26, to be paid no later than June 1, 2024.


In the case of Kyle Lee Miller, charged with, 1: Injury to or Destruction of Property, 2: Resisting a Public Officer. Pursuant to negotiation and due to the defendant’s compliance in the associated felony case,

DDA Shane Bell motioned to dismiss this case. Without objection from the defense, the court accepted the motion.


In the case of Christine Anthony Robidoux, charged with Obstructing a Public Officer. Pursuant to plea agreement, DDA Shane Bell made motion to dismiss this case. Court granted the motion without objection defense.


In the case of Joseph Myers Jr, charged with Transfer of Stolen Vehicle. 

Due to no witnesses being present, DDA Steve Girardot made motion for a one time dismissal. Court accepted the motion w/out objection from defendant. 


November 15

In the case of Katerina Marie Prince, charged with Domestic Battery – 1st Offense. Motion to dismiss reason to wit: The defendant has satisfactory completion of the deferred prosecution agreement. The state hereby requests dismissal per DDA Shane Bell. Order signed by Judge.

November 4

Known Female Juvenile, age 16, was arrested for Runaway Juvenile. No Bail.

Chayce William Schwab, age 27, was arrested for, 1: Violation  Possession of a Dangerous Weapon, 2: Possession of Sched. I or II Controlled Substance, 3: Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, 4: Possession of Stolen Property. Bail $9,280.


November 8

Roy Fulkerson, age 35, was arrested for Other Agency Warrant. No Bail.


Demetrio Herrera, age 54, was arrested for Home Invasion. Bail $20,000.

Samantha Bradshaw, age 36, was arrested for Grand Larceny of Motor Vehicle. Bail $10,000.
