In the case of Gavin Paul Parry, charged with 1. Unlawful possession for sale sch. 1 or 2 substance, 2. Possesion of a controlled substance. Amended criminal complaint filed, no contest plea agreement in abstentia, and both parties recommend credit for time served.
In the case of Cristian Alejandro Gonzales, charged with damaging unattended vehicle or other property; immediate notice of accident involving unattended vehicle or other property. Defendant provided the court with proof that restitution had been paid in the amount of $645.47, court dismissed case.

In the case of Spencer Michael Beebie, charged with 1. driving under the influence-first offense, 2. reckless driving. Defendant plead guilty and was fined $585 to be paid by June 1, 2023, 30 days jail with 28 days stayed for period of 1 year 2 days to serve. Jail time to run concurrent with case 22 CR 00274, DUI school and victim impact panel to be completed by June 1, 2023, have a breath interlock device installed for a period of 185 days. Court dismissed reckless driving charge. Review hearing set for June 13, 2023 at 9:15a.m.
In the case of Spencer Michael Beebie, charged with eluding public officer. State amended criminal complaint to misdemeanor eluding. Defendant plead guilty to amended charge and was fined 640 and given credit for $150 for 1 day time served, leaving balance of $490 to be paid by April 1, 2023 and ordered to serve 5 days in jail by May 1, 2023. Review hearing set for June 13, 2023 at 9:15a.m.
