In the case of Tabitha Zabrina Staas, charged with Domestic Battery, 1st. An amended criminal complaint was filed. Defendant entered a guilty plea to amended charge. The court canvassed her plea and accepted the same. A joint recommendation of credit for time served was presented and accepted by the court. Defendant is to be released following court.

In the case of Nicholas Silva, charged with Eluding a public officer. Motion to dismiss due to defendant was found guilty in Washoe County and sentenced to 30 years. As a result, state of Nevada determined that the prosecution of this case is not necessary per Chief DDA Michael Macdonald. Order signed by Judge dismissing case without prejudice.

In the case of Christopher Peter Spoto, charged with Basic speed 31-40mph over posted speed. Acknowledgment of rights and waiver, and authorization to plead guilty in absentia.

In the case of Daniel Plea Stallings, charged with Battery. Pursuant to the deferred agreement, DDA Steve Girardot motioned to dismiss the case; court accepted.
