After a few weeks of poor weather, the Winnemucca Ladies Golf Club was back on Winnemucca Municipal Golf Course on Tuesday, April 26, for the Tin Whistle tournament.
Laurie Pickett shot a low-gross score of 62 to win the first flight, while Lori Woodland was second at 58. McKenzie Harrington won the second flight at 68 and Adua Boyle (58) was second.
Pickett had the fewest putts with 27 and also had a chip-in along with Melissa Murphy and Carole Doughty.
Gail Piquet was closest to the hole on No. 2 at 14 feet, 7 inched and Stephanie Crawford was closest on No. 5 at 9-1.5.
