The Winnemucca Ladies Golf Club held its first tournament of the year on Tuesday, March 22, at Winnemucca Municipal Golf Course.
The duo of Bryn Echeverria and Melissa Murphy won the scramble format with a round of 84. Carole Doughty and McKenzie Harrigan were second at 86.
Mary Lou Curti had a chip-in and Doughty was closest to the hole on No. 5 at 7 feet, 10 inches. The Winnemucca Ladies Golf Club plays every Tuesday morning and always looking for new players to join.
