Union Township Justice Court

Union Township Justice Court

On July 6, Nickoli Klemish pleaded guilty to fail to possess drivers license or surrender license upon demand and owner- proof of insurance required. The court ruled: count 1- fined $100 + $95AA, count 2- $50 + $65AA totaling $310 in fines and fees. In a separate case on July 6, Nickoli Klemish pleaded guilty to the second count of no proof of insurance; expiration and renewal of registration. The court ruled fined $50 + $65AA totaling in $115. Due to compliance the D.A. dismissed the charge of operating unregistered vehicle; drivers permit must be in possession. 



On July 14, Tangila Marie Scott pleaded no contest to possession of drug paraphernalia. The court ruled six months jail with six months suspended on condition successfully complete the sixth judicial district court drug court program. 



On July 18, Jacob Wayne Savala pleaded guilty to driving while license is cancelled, suspended or revoked, current registration required and operating a motor vehicle without having evidence of current insurance located therein. The court ruled: count 1- fined $200 + $105AA, count 2- fined $500 + $140AA, count 3- fined $600 + $140AA totaling $1,735 in fines and fees converted to jail time and given credit for time served. 

On July 19, the D.A. amended the charge against Jillian Michelle Alias from basic speeding violation – 21-30 MPH over posted limit to 11-20 over limit and reduced the total fines and fees to $315. 



On July 19, John Donald Miller pleaded no contest to possession of drug paraphernalia. The court ruled fined $500 + $140AA converted to jail time and given credit for time served, sentenced to 6 months jail suspended for period of two years with condition of no new like violations.



On July 19, due to compliance the D.A. dismissed the case against Charles William Walker III for operate unregistered vehicle, trailer or semi trailer. 



On July 19, the D.A. amended the charge against Kristopher Price from driving suspended/revoked to driving without valid license and reduced the fines and fees to $255.
