SALT LAKE CITY — The University of Utah congratulates the more than 8,000 graduates who make up the Class of 2022 during an in-person commencement ceremony on May 5, 2022 after two years of virtual celebrations due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
A handful of students from Winnemucca and Battle Mountain were part of the graduating class.
• Drue Domagala of Battle Mountain earned an Honors Bachelor of Science degree in Biology in Spring 2022 with an emphasis in Neurobiology.
• Ariel Gonzalez of Winnemucca earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology in Spring 2022 with an emphasis in Anatomy and Physiology.
• Josie Warn of Winnemucca earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication in Fall 2021 with an emphasis in Strategic Communication.
• Marion Woodfield of Winnemucca earned a Master of Science degree in Occupational Health in Summer 2021 with an emphasis in Industrial Hygiene.
