The Lowry High School junior varsity baseball and softball team were busy last week with three games each. The Lowry JV softball team traveled to Lovelock on Tuesday, April 12, and lost 16-6 to the Mustangs. The Lady Bucks were in Fernley this past weekend and split a doubleheader, losing 13-1 and winning 20-6. The Lowry JV baseball team lost 11-10 to Pershing County and were swept in a doubleheader at Fernley with scores of 13-3 and 11-4. The junior varsity teams are home on Saturday to play Spring Creek in a doubleheader at 11 a.m.
