Lovelock Christmases wouldn’t be the same without the Lovelock Volunteer Fire Department. On Dec. 11, the town showed up at the firehouse ready to eat and mingle. The LVFD offered Breakfast with Santa, featuring pictures on the Model A, French toast, eggs, bacon and sausage.
Lovelock’s hardworking Santa still had more to accomplish. On Dec. 24, firefighter Jesse Katsaris drove him to the courthouse.
People waiting in line perked up when they heard the siren. It announced Santa’s arrival at the indestructible tradition, Christmas Eve with Santa.
