Humboldt County Board of Commissioners a Regular Meeting Monday, Nov. 9, 2020 at 9:30 a.m. The meeting can be accessed by teleconference or video conference access. The instructions for these access points and the complete agenda can be found at the Humboldt County website, www.hcnv.us.
Opportunities for public comment will be offered at the beginning and end of the meeting. Items for information or discussion and possible action include:
• Public Hearing at 10 am regarding approval of a proposed ordinance adding Chapter 3.21 entitled Diesel Fuel Tax, to Title 3 of the Humboldt County Code by imposing a five cent ($0.05) tax on diesel fuel sold within Humboldt County.
• Letter of support for the US forest Service grant effort for recreation trails program including recreational trails located within the Santa Rosa, Ruby Mountain, and Mountain City Ranger Districts and Spring Mountain National Recreation Area.
• A presentation by Ethan Mower of Nevada Department of Agriculture regarding the Nevada Sage Grouse Adaptive Management proposal.
