The Regional Planning Board will hold a Regular Meeting Thursday, September 12, at 5:30 p.m. at Humboldt County Courthouse Meeting Room 201, 50 West Fifth Street, Winnemucca.
Opportunities for public comment will be offered at the beginning and end of the meeting. Items for information or discussion and possible action include:
• A request submitted by Kay Metsker to name an existing 30-foot-wide easement that runs along the west and south portion of Section 3, T37N, R34E, M.D.B.&M. for access to assessor’s parcel #05-0684-15. The applicant is also naming access off Sod House Road traveling southwest to this section. Recommended names are Jefferson Road, Constitution Road, Valhalla Road and Freedom Trail.
• A request submitted by Leon Johnson to name an existing 60-foot-wide easement running east from Barrett Springs Road for access to assessor’s parcel #10-0013-06. Recommended name is Durin Road.
• Site Plan Review application submitted by Karandeep Nagra to review a proposed 4-story, 77-room hotel. Subject property is located at 740 W. Winnemucca Boulevard; assessor’s parcel #15-0372-26.
