The Winnemucca Ladies Golf Club was started in 1957 and has maintained their Tuesday routine starting at 9 a.m. March through October ever since.
All ages are welcome to come out and participate on the course, or ladies can just come down for the Pinochle card game after the rounds are complete.
The ladies help out with the junior golf program and they give a scholarship to a Lowry boy and girl each year. Ladies that are interested in joining the club can contact Carole Doughty at 623-2637 or the Winnemucca Municipal Golf Course at 623-9920
