The Winnemucca Junior High School girls basketball teams will be holding open gym sessions for the seventh and eighth-grade girls to prepare them for the upcoming tryouts.
Physicals and all other paperwork must be completed and on file prior to tryouts. Forms are available in the WJHS office or at the open gyms.
The seventh graders will run from 1:30 p.m.-3 p.m. on Aug. 5, 7, 12, and 14, while the eighth -graders come in at the same time on Aug. 6, 8t 13 and 15.
Tryouts for the seventh graders will be on Aug. 19-20 from 3:30 p.m.-5:30 p.m.
Eighth grade tryouts will be held 3:30 p.m.-5:30 p.m. on August 21-22.
