Obituary: Anthony (Tony) Casale

Anthony (Tony) Casale,84, passed away after a long illness on July 11th, 2019 in Winnemucca, Nevada. 

Tony was born on December 28th, 1934 in New Jersey to Rocco and Angela Casale. He was born and raised in New Jersey. 

He married his wife, Ruth. The two then moved to California. He worked as a Heavy Equipment Operator his entire career and retired in Orovada, Nevada. 

Tony was a lifetime member of the National Rifle Association and was a member of Operating Engineers. He was an avid hunter and enjoyed collecting antique tractors.

Tony is survived by a brother, Daniel Casale of California as well as numerous nieces and nephews, who will remember him with love, especially Rocky who enjoyed hunting out old tractors with him. 

He is preceded in death by his parents, Rocco and Angela, his sister, Elizabeth and his brother, Salvatore. He is also preceded in death by his wife, Ruth Romain Casale. 

The Casale Family would like to express their deepest thanks to Debbie Swanger for her loving attention, care and affection.

Their appreciation for the staff of Harmony Manor in Winnemucca, Nevada. And a lot of gratitude to the family of Leon and Mary Frey for years of friendship. 

A celebration of life for Anthony Casale will be held later this summer. An announcement to follow.
