Roman Kurbanov was found guilty of an amended charge of misdemeanor basic speed 11-20 over in a construction zone with workers present. The court ordered a $280 fine + $115 administrative assessment. 



June 24

Nicole Yvonne Aragon pleaded no contest to driving under the influence first offense. The court ordered 30 days jail with 28 days stayed, stayed jail time on the condition the defendant serves two days, with credit for two days time served. 

The court ordered a $400 fine + $125 administrative assessment + $60 forensic fee + $100 special DUI fee. The court ordered a victim impact panel and DUI school to be completed by the defendant and a breath interlock device was ordered for 185 days. A second charge of speed 31-40 over was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office pursuant to plea negotiations. 



Brenda Holm pleaded guilty to driving under the influence first offense. 

The court ordered 30 days jail with 28 days stayed for a period of one year on the condition she serves two days or complete 48 hours of community service. 

The court ordered a $400 fine + $125 administrative assessment + $60 forensic fee + $100 special DUI.

The court ordered a victim impact panel and DUI school to be completed and waived the breath interlock device due to undue hardship. Pursuant to plea negotiations, a misdemeanor charge of child restraint was dismissed in open court on a motion by the DA’s office. 



June 25

Nikki-John Cadavez Deleon pleaded guilty to misdemeanor resisting a public officer. The court ordered a $1,000 fine + $140 administrative assessment with credit for 14 days time served. 



June 26

Larry Dene Nichols pleaded guilty to misdemeanor driving under the influence first offense. The court ordered 30 days jail with 28 days stayed for a period of one year, on the condition he serves two days; with two days converted into 48 hours of community service. 

The court ordered a $400 fine + $125 administrative assessment + $60 forensic fee + $100 special DUI fee. The court ordered a victim impact panel and DUI school to be completed by the defendant and ordered a breath interlock device for 12 months



June 27

A misdemeanor charge of domestic battery against Roger Lee Everhart was dismissed with prejudice as the case could not be proven without a reasonable doubt.
