Battle Mountain Chamber of Commerce and the Cookhouse Museum partnered up for the May 12 Business with Brushes event.
Classes were held at 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. Cassandra Gunther was the featured artist and when all was said and done the outcome was a beautiful ocean and beach scene. The ladies at the museum were gracious hosts providing drinks to both classes.
The Chamber had three gifts per class and then two winners received a beautiful bouquet of flower in honor of Mothers Day.
