Jorge Arturo Chavez-Villalobos pleaded guilty to a charge of driving under the influence, 1st offense. He was sentenced to 2 days jail time with credit for 11 hours served. He is to pay a fine of $400 + $125 administrative assessment fee + $60 forensic fee + $100 special DUI fee.
Other charges of fail to yield at controlled intersection and open alcohol container were dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office as part of the plea agreement. The defendant was ordered to complete DUI school and the victim impact panel.
Casey James Anderson pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of public intoxication. He was sentenced to 8 days jail and given 8 days credit for time served.

A charge of injury to or destruction of property against Donovan Page Walker was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office.
A misdemeanor charge of driving without a valid license against Justin George Lee was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office.
A misdemeanor charge of basic speed against Christopher McKerall Rogers was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office.
A misdemeanor charge of battery against Jazmin Lopez was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office in open court as the case could not be proven without a reasonable doubt.

A misdemeanor charge of petit larceny against Kimberly Corker was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office post completion of a petit larceny class completed by the defendant.

A misdemeanor charge of petit larceny against Marnie Kathleen Brewer was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office pursuant to plea negotiations.
