Winnemucca Police Department (WPD) detectives arrested Carlos Torres, 27, in connection with the death of a female found at the Country Hearth Inn the evening of March 27.
According a WPD press release, WPD personnel found a white adult female unresponsive on the floor at 8:45 p.m. Assisting HGH EMS personnel determined the female subject was deceased.
