A case against Haley Marie Rolando of misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office pursuant to a plea agreement.

Jeramiah Jon Turner pleaded no contest to domestic battery with one prior conviction in the past seven years. He was ordered to pay $500 + $140 AA + $35 special assessment fee + $250 public defender.
He was sentenced to 60 days jail with 50 days stayed for a period of 2 years and 100 hours community service.
He was given credit for 7 days time served. He was ordered to complete 52 sessions of batterers intervention counseling, to run concurrent with his first domestic battery with monthly reports to the court.
He is to complete the intake packet for the domestic battery class within 30 days. He was ordered to no alcohol, no controlled substances unless prescribed by a physician. No further criminal activity other than minor traffic violations. The defendant signed an order to surrender firearms.
A review hearing was set for July 30. Other charges against Jeramiah Jon Turner of misdemeanor battery and acts or omissions constituting contempts were dismissed on a motion by the DA’s office.
Cassie Lynn Camas pleaded guilty to an amended charge of misdemeanor driving without a valid license. She was ordered to pay $100 + $95.
A case against Patrick Harrison Cunningham of felony theft was dismissed as part of a plea agreement on a motion by the DA’s office.
