Lander County Sheriff's Report

On Oct. 13, John William Nielsen, 28, of Winnemucca, was booked for out of county warrant and minimum speed rule.

On Oct. 15, Misty Michelle Prince, 48, of Lovelock, was booked for driving under the influence first offense and failure to maintain travel lane.

On Oct. 13, Angel Leon-Quintana, 44, of Lovelock, was booked for driving under the influence second offense, open container of alcohol in vehicle, duty to decrease speed.

On Oct. 16, Luis Alfredo Rodriguez, 30, of Sun Valley, was booked for failure to appear-traffic citation. 

On Oct. 19, Matthew Clayton Monteith, 44, of Lovelock, was booked for unlawful poss-not for sale-I,II,IV.

On Oct. 13, Leonard Zarate, 36, of Tucson Ariz., was booked for domestic battery first offense and possession of stolen vehicle. 

On Oct. 17, Nicholas Augustas Kastl, 30, of Lovelock, was booked for driving without a valid driver’s license, unlawful use/possession of paraphernalia, unlawful possession-not for sale-sched I,II,IV, and possession of stolen vehicle.  

On Oct. 19, Corrie Marie Baker, 42, of Lovelock, was booked for unlawful poss-not for sale-I,II,IV and unlawful use/possession of paraphernalia.
