The balance of 29 days are suspended for 12 months under the condition that there be no violation of laws other than minor traffic offenses and no similar violations. The charges of driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor first offense and failure to maintain travel lane were dismissed by the D.A.

The balance of 28 days are suspended for 12 months under the condition that there be no violation of laws other than minor traffic offenses. The additional charge of failure to maintain travel lane was dismissed by the D.A.
