The Winnemucca Youth Football regular season came to a close this past weekend. The teams from Winnemucca, Battle Mountain, Lovelock and Yerington are getting ready for the playoffs this Saturday. The Flag Blue and Flag White play at 8 a.m. and Flag Gold and Orange at 2 p.m. The Junior Green and Junior Gold meet at 9 a.m. and Junior Battle Mountain and Junior Blue play at 1 p.m. The Rookie Green will travel to Lovelock for a 10 a.m. start and Rookie Yerington and Rookie Battle Mountain will play at 3 p.m. in Winnemucca. The Senior Black will host Battle Mountain at 11 a.m. and Senior Lovelock travels to Yerington for a 1 p.m. kickoff.
