Delson Leon Williams pleaded guilty to domestic battery. The plea resulted in a fine of $340, order to 48 hours of community service and six months of domestic violence counseling. Williams was also sentenced to 180 days in jail with credit given for 18 days time served. The balance of 162 days are suspended for 12 months under the condition that there be no violation of laws other than minor traffic offenses and no similar violatiosn.
Jeannette I. Chamberlain pleaded guilty to violation of temporary protection order and was sentenced to serve 12 days in jail with credit given for 12 days time served. The additional charges of intentional violation of court order and criminal contempt were dismissed by the D.A.
