On Nov. 14, Michael Elmer Russell was arrested for resist public officer, trespass – not amounting to burglary, and battery by a prisoner.
On Nov. 15, Ramiro Perez Gonzalez, Jr. was issued a warrant for ex felon/prohibited person possession of a firearm, assault with a deadly weapon, resist public officer (f) and grand larceny.
