Walter Nathen Shearer pleaded guilty to petit larceny. He was fined $1,000 + $140AA.
Denice Dawn McKee pleaded guilty to petit larceny. She was fined $1,000 + $140 AA + $200 for warrant/late fee. The defendant was given credit of $1,200 for 12 days already served in jail, leaving $140 owed. The justice of the peace suspended payment of the remaining $140 provided the defendant pay $40 restitution to Walmart and have no further violations of the law other than minor traffic violations.

Duane Arthur Adams pleaded guilty to amended charges of rural speeding. He was fined $115.
A Justice Court charge of violation of a temporary or extended restraining order against Ashley Allison Chaffin was dismissed as part of a global resolution of a felony case in District Court.
Phillip Lee White pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana. He was fined $600 + $140 AA. He was given credit of $300 for three days already served in jail. The Court suspended the remaining $440 for 6 months on condition no further violations of the law other than minor traffic offenses.
