Jonathan Padilla-Marquez pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor, second offense. The plea resulted in a fine of $1,300, an order to complete Victim Impact Panel and a program of treatment for the abuse of alcohol and a sentence to serve 90 days in jail with credit being given for 28 days time served. The balance of 62 days were suspended under the condition that there be no violation of laws other than minor traffic offense.
