On Nov. 15, HCSO arrested Marek Borowicz, 51, for two felony failure to appear warrants. Bail totaled $15,000. 

On Nov. 29, WPD arrested Sarah Marie Heitman for contempt of court. No bail hold.

On Dec. 9, HCSO arrested Hugo Rivera, 37, for domestic battery by strangulation and tampering with vehicle. Bail was set at $10,640. 

On Dec. 9, WPD arrested Bryant Zamora, 25, for two counts of domestic battery and resist, obstruct and delay officer. Bail was set at $7,140. 

On Dec. 10, HCSO arrested Joshua J. Hollis, 25, for other jurisdiction warrant and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $1,875.
