The charges of child abuse, neglect or endangerment against Daphne Smart were dismissed based on her compliance with the terms of the deferred prosecution with the state.

Theresa Leigh Schirmer pleaded guilty to driving when privilege as nonresident is cancelled/suspended/revoked. The plea resulted in a fine of $1000 + $140AA, Schirmer was given credit of $50 for 12 hours jail time served leaving a balance of $1090.
Dec. 12
Joshua Earl Chandler, pursuant to negotiations, pleaded guilty to no proof of insurance and driving without a valid license first offense. The plea resulted in a fine of $600 + $140 AA for no proof of insurance, $100 + $95 AA for driving without valid license, and the court also imposed a $200 fine for warrant/late fee totaling fines and fees to $1,135. The court suspended payment of $500 for a period of three months on the condition of no further violations of the law. The defendant was given credit of $400 for the four days jail time served leaving a balance of $235 which the court converted to 24 hours of community service to be completed. Pursuant to negotiations the county dismissed the charge of operating a vehicle with expired registration/plate in open court.
Jenelle Arlene Harold changed her plea to guilty for all four charges against her. The plea resulted in the following fines: for count one – driving without a valid license $100 + $95 AA, for count two – no proof of insurance $600 + $140AA, for count three – operating unregistered vehicle $250 + $105AA and for count four – fail to possess registration certificate $25 + $50AA. The court also imposed a $200 fine for warrant/late fee totaling fines to $1,565. The defendant was given credit of $1200 for 12 days jail time served leaving a balance of $365 which the judge suspended for a period of three months on condition of no further violations of the law including traffic violations.
