The Grand Marshal for the 2023 Veterans Day Parade will be Charles J. “Chuck” Evans of Winnemucca. Ninety years young, Chuck has been a resident of Winnemucca for 50 years. He was born in California and enlisted in the U.S. Army in February 1952.
