Pershing County's Travis Donaldson rushes against Battle Mountain for the Mustangs.
This past Friday night, the Pershing County High School football team hosted rival Battle Mountain for senior night. The important top spot in the Northern 2A was up for grabs as well and Pershing County won 34-7, to the delight of the home crowd to take control of the Northern 2A.
