David passed away on October 6, 2024, at RENOWN Medical Center in Reno, Nevada.
David was born on July 12, 1972, in Mountain Home, Idaho to Roy Junior Ramey and Pamela Kay (Fletcher) McCune.
He grew up in Middleton, Idaho and later resided in Elko, Nevada, finally making his home in Winnemucca until the time of his passing.
David worked as the Slot Manager at Winners Casino.
David was born as a twin to his sister Donna Ramey-Birch, his older sister LaRae Spencer, older brother Carl Ramey, and his younger brother John Ramey. 
During David’s teen years he attended Middleton High School where he graduated in May 1990.
Following his High School graduation David enlisted into the United States Air Force where he proudly and courageously served from July 1990 until he was honorably discharged as Sergeant David Lee Ramey on July 13, 1997.
David is survived by his half-sister LaRae (Butch) Spencer of Whitehall, MT, his twin sister Donna (Dewayne) Birch of Meridian, ID; brothers Carl Ramey and John Ramey of Winnemucca, NV.; nieces Madisyn (Austin) Watts of Nampa, ID, Hailey Birch of Meadows, ID, Jolene Ramey of Wyoming, Unique Jones of Leon, IA and Sabrina McIntyre of Eagle, ID; nephew Roydean Jones of Montana; along with several great nieces, nephews and many friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents.
A Celebration of Life will be held for David at the Winnemucca Inn, 741 W Winnemucca Blvd, on Saturday, October 26, 2024, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.
