WINNEMUCCA - After opening the season with three home games, Interstate 80 has been a familiar road for the Lowry High School varsity girls basketball team in the month of December.
The Lowry High School wrestling squad was at home this past weekend for one of the few times this season and they did not disappoint the crowd in attendance. The Buckaroo Blue team had nine grapplers finish in the top six, including three champions in Kevin Blanco, Beau Billingsley and Luis Cardenas on their way to capturing the team title with 243.50 points. Spring Creek was second at 204.50. The Lowry Gold team was 10th with 109.50 points.
