Tirso De Jose Luis Rojas was recently granted a suspended sentence with 36 months of probation in Sixth Judicial District Court fol-lowing a no contest plea to possession of a controlled substance, a category D felony.

Cullen Hume was recently ordered to complete 10 days in the Humboldt County Detention Center following the completion of the 36-month probation and drug court program he is currently participating in. Hume pleaded guilty to unlawful acts related to human excrement or bodily fluid while incarcerated, a gross misdemeanor in Nevada.
Xavier Rafael Zendejas was recently ordered to spend 15–38 months in the Nevada Department of Corrections for possession of a controlled substance after admitting to multiple probation violations. Zendejas originally admitted to the category E felony charge in July 2015 and was given the chance to complete at 36-month diversion program with probation.

In a recent jury trial, Scott Whiffen was found guilty of possession of a controlled substance for sale, a category D felony, after being arrested in 2010 during a major crimes interdiction traffic stop on Interstate 80. Whiffen was scheduled for a jury trial in April 2011 for the charge but did not appear and the trial was vacated. Whiffen was picked up in Washoe County in August 2018, on a bench warrant issued on December 11, 2017, over six years after he failed to appear to his original trial date.
